      If anyone reads this who doesn't follow my other social media, Ben is our newly adopted 2.5 year old son. He's been with us 7 weeks and he's loads of fun...but not conducive to good sleep or long workouts, so I've been on quick dumbbell workouts and some walking, whenever I can make the time, for the last 3 months or so.
