Steady increase in pace throughout the run. First mile was a 9:15. Saw we were at a 9:10 average by the turn-around. Under a 9:00 average at mile 2. Short sprint at the end. Great weather.

Thanks Kelli. Haven't signed up for anything but I can't seem to stay motivated to run as much as I should if I'm not following a schedule, so I really am just training for the sake of training. But I typically can't follow a training schedule without having a race at the end, so I think I'm screwed.
