Group Power again. Group barbells exercises set to music for an hour. Second day in a row. Simply due to schedule I had to either double down spin class (Sun/Mon) or double down group power class (Mon/Tue) and I chose the later.


Great work Iztok, i really struggle to get myself motivated to do any weights.

David, so do I, so do I. Hence the peer pressure of group weights workout :) When you are pretty much the only male in the room at 5:45am and many women put more weights than you on their bars it gets interesting :)
