    A harder and musically less exuberant workout this time. Heavy on the back/chest. Killer to do pushups and tricep dips AFTER 40 min of lifting weights already!

      Our usual route which starts in San Pedro Valley PArk (we park just outside on the street) up Brooks Creek Trail to Montara Mountain Trail then Montara Mountain Rd to the top, and back down same way except all the way down Montara Mountain trail to the trailhead. They do have a printed map at the park. http://parks.smcgov.org/san-pedro-valley-park-trails. I've never tried to go back down another way because you end up far from the car...
