    Another nice evening and I decided to get my longer run out of the way early this week. Beautiful at Lands End and finished with a small section of high-tide beach at sunset.

    Not sure what was going on but my blood sugar was crashing and I was weak and wobbly. Hard to believe 20 min of moderate cycling did that. Too much carbs at lunch?
