    Did a modified yoga class today - good and I am just a bit sore. It is really good to be sore from doing SOMETHING rather than doing NOTHING!

    Injury update. Pain in hip, knee and ankle continues, frustration rising. At least I got some upper body work in today-I only feel like half a slug today!

      I'm so sorry. That really sucks. I hope you have a good and quick recovery. And really good job on getting some upper body work in. Our injured bodies need their endorphins or it is too easy to get depressed. Hang in there!
