This run probably would've gone a lot better if I hadn't spent the first 4 miles desperately needing to go to the restroom. (Oh sorry, overshare?) When I knew there was a restroom coming up, I stupidly sprinted to reach it. My achilles spent the rest of the hill run being extremely tight and cranky with me. Silly Andrea! Next time, restroom break BEFORE I start out!!


Pee before run = good move! Next time. :)
