When my dad was put on strict diet after heart surgery, my mom and I ate the same things he did. I didn't see much change in weight, but I do think it has to do with me being 4'10" and my base metabolism being different than tall folk.

It's a nice program, huh? I have been on WW since the end of January and am down just over 30 pounds now. Another 25-ish to go until I'm at the top end of the healthy weight range.
