Felt pretty good this morning.
Have been resting only 10 seconds every 25 yds and a bit longer every 50yd.
last 8 laps were done nonstop every 50yd
Goal now is to do 30 laps in 30 min.. I still think that's slow but hey, Gotta start somewhere. :)
