      Wow, this is an impressive swim workout. I really struggle with anything that is not freestyle/american crawl or whatever it is called. This is so fast and varied, you should be proud.

      Awesome swim workout!! I struggle with butterfly probably the most. I think this is because I lack upper body strength. Then, when I try to backstroke, I think I will hit my head. Sigh. Kudos for you for such a strong workout. I know you will do great at 3m.

      I commiserate. I was on the treadmill about that time yesterday, only no where as fast, it is mind numbing. Great job getting the 11 miles in though regardless, shows discipline!
