Yesterday after my long, boring dreadmill run, I did a bit of core work and some lifting. As a result, I am sore today and I LOVE IT! For whatever reason, I adore the feeling of being sore and swimming. It somehow lets me really feel whats going on and for some odd reason, I am able to really hammer in the pool!
400 warm up
6x50 @ 1:15 (kick/drill)
8 minutes kicking 2x(:60ez, :30 hard, :40 ez, :30 hard, :20ez, 3x(:10 hard, :10 ez)
6x50 @ :60 (drill/swim)

I LOVE that day after lifting soreness!!! Never followed it with a swim but then again I don't really know how to swim. Great job as always!!!
