    Took a 5 of my soldiers on a 10 mile run. 2 had to call it quits at 6. The 4 of us ended up turning it into an even 11 miles. First time I have ever run that far. Felt good to get that far.

    Ran circuit training on a baseball field. After each exercise, everyone ran a full lap around the field. 22 laps in total, which according to Google Maps puts us at 3.98 miles.

  14. Been a while since i've run for a good distance. Was in the field all last week. Have been playing an hour of pick-up ice hockey 3 or 4 nights a week.

    Did the Murph Crossfit workout. Wearing body armor did 1 mile run, 50 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and finshed with a 1 mile run. Total time was 1 hour and 2 minutes. Ran the first mile in 7:06.
