sore from all the lunges yesterday, and the basketball this morning. didn't have my mile markers set prior to going out so used intersection as my split points. first 1.4 mi @ 5:36 min/mi (7:51). hit 2.3 @ 5.56 min/mi (13:40). and finished @ 5:59 min/mi (17:59). for only my 3rd run i'm feeling good about this.
