    Felt AWESOME! It's nice to be back in training. Hit the training pace I was aiming for, so that is good.

    Tried out my new Asics today. They felt good, different, but good. Decided to push the pace & distance up a little bit. With the crazy headwind, a 9:59 mile is okay with me.

      I am so glad you commented about Lindeberg. That hill is pretty intense. Now that I know where it is, it won't sneak up on me during the race!

    Decided to go in spite of the threatening weather and fighting this cold I've had all week. Finally felt okay at the very end. But overall, just kind of bleh.
