  1. RUN
    great Decatur/Druid Hills 14.27 mi 02:31 10:34 pace

Felt AWESOME! It's nice to be back in training. Hit the training pace I was aiming for, so that is good.

  2. RUN
    great Decatur 3.28 mi 00:32 09:52 pace

Stuck with my run/walk intervals today (unlike Tuesday). Used 3:30 run 0:55 walk. Felt pretty good.

  3. RUN
    great 4.79 mi 00:46 09:34 pace

First training run for the next marathon. Felt good to get back out there.

  4. RUN
great Atlanta Thanksgiving Half Mar... 13.1 mi 02:10 09:57 pace

PR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited. SO EXCITED!! An overall sub 10 min mile pace. 3 weeks post marathon. YAY!!

  5. RUN
    great Decatur & Oakhurst 8 mi 01:26 10:45 pace

Felt AWESOME. Nice easy pace. Now it is time to gear up for the Thanksgiving Half.

  6. RUN
    good Decatur 4.36 mi 00:44 09:58 pace

Tried out my new Asics today. They felt good, different, but good. Decided to push the pace & distance up a little bit. With the crazy headwind, a 9:59 mile is okay with me.

  7. RUN
    great 14.36 mi 02:34 10:45 pace

Felt great. My legs are still recovering from the marathon, but overall, it went WAY better than I expected.

  8. RUN
    blah 3.21 mi 00:33 10:18 pace

My left leg is acting up. Foot, ankle and calf are not cooperating. This not good with the Thanksgiving Half coming up in two weeks.

  9. RUN
    great 3.2 mi 00:31 09:39 pace

Felt really good. Decided to skip some of my walk breaks - that felt good, too.

  10. RUN
    good 10.76 mi 01:52 10:23 pace

Was harder than I expected, but I am glad I did it! Felt good to challenge my legs a bit - even if it didn't necessarily feel awesome at the moment I was running.

I am so glad you commented about Lindeberg. That hill is pretty intense. Now that I know where it is, it won't sneak up on me during the race!

  20. RUN
    alright 2011-10-13 15:50 3.89 mi 00:40 10:22 pace

Decided to go in spite of the threatening weather and fighting this cold I've had all week. Finally felt okay at the very end. But overall, just kind of bleh.
