  1. RUN
    alright 2 mi 00:22 10:45 pace

Forgot gloves and running in shade into the wind wasn't fun. So I turned a four mile easy run into a two mile quick run. Naturally, my hands weren't as cold when I got back...which would have been ... read more

  2. RUN
    good 5.21 mi 01:02 11:56 pace

I think that might be my longest run in MONTHS. And it was good. I think I've found my route for my LSD. Of course, it'll be slow regardless for a while. :)

  3. RUN
    good Minnieville-Spriggs Loop 4.32 mi 00:53 12:18 pace

Slowly getting back into the habit. Speaking of slow, this was another HR-based run. I need to get my endurance/stamina back before worrying about pace times, etc. Totally beautiful day. I can't be... read more

  4. RUN
    good Minnieville-Spriggs Loop 4.36 mi 00:53 12:15 pace

New route was awesome. Got a little hilly at the end which means I can't wait to do it in the reverse. Didn't watch the pace at all just the HR. It felt like a nice even effort because of that.

  5. RUN
tired Country Club and back 4.09 mi 00:49 12:01 pace

Too far too soon. If it were flat, I'd be okay but the route I took had a wicked hill on it. Heck, most of the routes will but maybe I can figure out something better. Soon.

  6. RUN
    good 2 mi 00:22 10:46 pace

Squeezing in a quick couple before the rain comes back. I did get a few drops on me but nothing major. Still wondering why every direction I run from here has to be downhill. I miss the flatness of... read more

  7. RUN
    good 3.37 mi 00:41 12:07 pace

Great run in the first part of today's snow. Ended up walking the crest of a long hill but overall very pleased. :)

  8. RUN
    good 2.07 mi 00:25 11:58 pace

Whoa! It's been a month since my last run? Oops! Just taking it easy still. I guess I'll never back into things only doing it once a month. :) Let's try again this coming Monday.

  9. RUN
    alright 1.96 mi 00:24 12:25 pace

First run in too long. Back in Virginia, home of the hilly hills and colder weather. Since it cracked 50 today, I figured I'd get out there. Only thing to do now...is do it again. At least I still ... read more

  10. RUN
    alright 1.57 mi 00:17 11:04 pace

Twice around the lake and it practically felt like I haven't run in months. (Which isn't too far off.) While I will appreciate the coolness of winter, I need get back to regular weekly running. An... read more

  11. RUN
    blah 2 mi 00:23 11:43 pace

If I must run in the South Florida sun, I must also remember to run into the breeze, else it gets even hotter. Bleargh.

Excellent work! I don't envy you the sun. Hoping for some nice fall weather this afternoon.

  12. RUN
    blah 3 mi 00:34 11:22 pace

I need to run more than once a week. At least it was moderately cool from the storms that had blown through earlier. (The long distance thunderboomies were not making me happy on the way back.)

  13. RUN
    blah 2 mi 00:22 11:01 pace

Too much time off and too much Florida summer. Hopefully, I'm back at it. DEFINITELY going to take it easy for a couple weeks. It's brutal out there. Heat Index already over 100 degrees.

  14. RUN
    alright 3.13 mi 00:33 10:30 pace

This was just supposed to be a leg-stretcher after Friday's race but the first mile clicked by quickly at 10:10. I was wanting to slow down since I was only aiming at a 10:30 pace. Well, Mile 2 was... read more

  15. RUN
    great 6.23 mi 01:06 10:37 pace

Doral Business 10K. It rained the first two miles but I think that helped out because this was my fastest 10K time yet. Crowd effect made me run the first mile too fast but I steadied out for the r... read more

  16. RUN
good Morning Run 3.04 mi 00:34 11:15 pace

Steady 3 miles. Still watching the HR but it felt faster, even if it technically wasn't. :)
