    Good run. Been a while since I ran from Girard to past Washington and back, but it certainly feels like an accomplishment. I like running through so many different neighborhoods.

      Yeah! Running in the city is really interesting. Much better than on a track and hugely better than a treadmill.

      Training Station looks like such a great place. I wish I lived closer to use it as a gym. I'm in OC.

      The Training Station is really nice, and has a terrific view, but what's really great about it is Phil (the owner). Definitely worth checking out if you live in the Northern Liberties.
