I ran all last week, but had so many other things going on, work, life, stuff... that I don't think I even breathed, let alone posted about running. I will probably go back and enter mileage, eventually, if I remember what I did. Today, I was sore from a hilly trail run that included a run in with a sticker bush and bloody legs and manual labor day yesterday. But got in 15 min of core.. (spring break is coming...I have to wear a bathing suit?) and 35 minutes of running. And I heard the waves by the shore.
