      It is a good question Barb. I don't think I'll ever run any PRs again, but I having actual goals for my running has certainly helped me get faster.

      Yeah. I haven't officially picked and registered for one. Same day. Same distance. Pros and cons for each. Chicago will definitely be faster. But I am not sure that is my goal....

      I don't know how....other than I ignored almost everything having to do with pace and distance and just focused on changing the channels on the TV. Sat. TV leaves a lot to be desired, btw.
