Oh what a good run today, could have kept on going and going but needed to get home to the gang!! I actually slowed it down abit and took proper water breaks :)

    It sounds like you are training well! Are you still running that half marathon this spring? Slowing down is a great way to train for endurance. Great job!

    We still have too much snow for me to run outside :) and getting used to a treadmill is tricky and its so damn hot its like running in the middle of Summer. I am signed up to do a 6k Fun Run in April for Live Earth, then 10k midnight run in August and the Stockholm Half Marathon will be my first in September so luckily all Summer to get my training in! I also think that slowing down helped to keep me going, I kept turning up the speed and then turned it down again straight away hahaha
