Kim ran 6.86 kilometers in 40 mins goodDay 2 at the Gym – 6.86 km / 00:40 09:23 pace
This time was much easier, even though the seconds go soooo much slower on a treadmill, I'm sure of it!! I went alittle quicker and a little longer, we will see if I ever get to 10k (I better) its just sooooo boring :/

And I think I am still coming to Stockholm for the marathon but I am not sure if I will run. I will come over if I can have someone here at home to watch over the kids while I'm gone. -
I walked today where I usually run with the dog and the ground is just too uneven with snow and ice and I don't like it this cold, I mean its okay but the minus temperatures are not any fun for me :( okay so its the Marathon your coming for in June, why not sign up and do the half marathon in September it'll be my first, and always more fun with someone else :))

It sounds like you are training well! Are you still running that half marathon this spring? Slowing down is a great way to train for endurance. Great job!
about 1 month agoWe still have too much snow for me to run outside :) and getting used to a treadmill is tricky and its so damn hot its like running in the middle of Summer. I am signed up to do a 6k Fun Run in April for Live Earth, then 10k midnight run in August and the Stockholm Half Marathon will be my first in September so luckily all Summer to get my training in! I also think that slowing down helped to keep me going, I kept turning up the speed and then turned it down again straight away hahaha
