Lots of mud for stomping made this a fun run with Mike and Nhan. I knew Mike would start to outpace me soon and today was the day. He was very patient, but the pace was too slow and he politely asked if it was okay to go on ahead. Eventually you gotta let the chick leave the nest. He is going to be a good runner pretty soon.


Looks like the pace is coming back! When are you going to head back to the track for 5 minute something mile repeats?

@Chris... I'm just working up the miles again, then I can think about going faster. My legs are still feeling the miles, so it'll be a while. I have a 10km in April, so that's the first goal, though it's not anything important. Shuffle shuffle!
