    The running went well but I was a bit dehydrated and stiff from six hours on the motorcycle and so I suffered a bit. But the weather was glorious!!

    Another really incredible day, weather-wise. It felt pretty hot, but if this was summer we would be cheering the cool weather. The run was fine, too. Very very easy running.
