    Just a slow jog to get started. Calf cramped anyhow. Dangit. But I stopped right away and I massaged, so maybe it's no big deal. One day down!

    That was pretty terrible. I was a log out there. Very wooden and just sorta laying there growing moss on my north side. But I got it done!
