    the first day i rode my bike i was so scared but now i'm getting used to it. in addition, i really enjoy to feel my quads and calves burning

    today was my cross training day. i played my workout videos, which contain a mix of exercises such as jumping rope, squats, push-ups and some stretching at the end. they really made me sweat.

    this is my first time cycling since i was a child. i just bought my bike yesterday and really had fun eventhough i was scared of those drivers who drive like crazy.
