First run in months. Got clearance from my chiropractor and custom orthotics. I ran about 5 or 6 times for 1 minute and walked the rest. I did feel tightness in the front of my shins as usual, so walked until it loosened up before running again. This is why my pace is basically a walking pace. Ah well.
