  3. RUN
blah High park running room route 3.6 km 00:24 10:34 pace

The GPS didn't quite work for the first bit, so I'm guessing on the distance based on mapmyrun. Hurt! Shin pain! Going to get fitted for orthotics today!

  4. RUN
    good 3.38 km 00:25 11:57 pace

Pretty good run to the park, around twice, and back home. 4 4min x 1min, then 1 5min run to finish. (And about 10 min walk home from there.) We step up to 5min x 1min on Saturday morning and I want... read more

  5. RUN
blah Treadmill at the gym 1 km 00:10:00 16:05 pace

I hate the treadmill. It started to feel a little painful so I switched to the eliptical. I can't get my form right with the fixed speed. Blargh.

  6. RUN
good Running room class 3.5 km 00:25 11:29 pace

Great class! 4min x 1min walking with 4 repeats and a bit of walking at the beginning to warm up.

That sounds like a good way to get back into the groove after coming back from injuries. Hope things feel better as you gradually return.

  7. RUN
    good 3.25 km 00:24 12:00 pace

Yay! Shins and calves didn't hurt as much! I did six repeats of 3x1 to match what my RR class is doing this week. Hopefully Saturday's step up to 4x1 won't be too tough!

  10. RUN
    alright Acura 5k 5 km 00:35 11:12 pace

Wow, it was hot out there. I ran like molasses. Definitely not a PR, but my legs didn't hurt at all.

  11. RUN
    alright 3.41 km 00:30 14:11 pace

HOT. But ran with Cooper, so all was good.

  12. RUN

Impressive! Running in the heat is really hard. Good work. I missed my long run again this morning - was up until 2am again last night, painting the accent walls. I forgot that reds mean 2 coats tinted primer, 2 coats paint. Aieee! :P

Another run with Cooper Dog! This is going to keep me from getting frustrated with cutting back the miles and starting slowly again. I'm teaching Cooper how to run with me, so I have to go slow.

Ouch. Calves were too tight, and felt too much tension in my shins. Decided to (mostly) walk at a good pace.
