    Yay! Shins and calves didn't hurt as much! I did six repeats of 3x1 to match what my RR class is doing this week. Hopefully Saturday's step up to 4x1 won't be too tough!

      Impressive! Running in the heat is really hard. Good work. I missed my long run again this morning - was up until 2am again last night, painting the accent walls. I forgot that reds mean 2 coats tinted primer, 2 coats paint. Aieee! :P
