    New half marathon PR by like 8 minutes! Very solid run, though not very consistent. Felt good the whole way. 50 degrees and rainy. Lovely.

      Definitely got exercise down in Miami helping him move in (think an entire apartment of Ikea furniture up flights of stairs...), but being that I've got a half marathon in a few weeks, I felt guilty that I didn't get in the actual miles. Going to try and get in 5 tomorrow morning, then follow up with a 13 miler on Sunday. If I can handle that 13 with ease then I'll feel much better. Going on a multi-day hiking/camping trip the following weekend leaving me with one more long run opportunity!
