    Running on the TM reminds me of the days of snow and ice in WI. I pushed myself despite begin tired though my music helped.

      right Right now all my plans have headed back to running and cross training with swimming and the program Insanity and weights. Sad about that

    Swimming outside at 1pm when it's 113 = hot, exhausting swim. Even with the sprinklers going on into the pool. But it was worth it

    Run 15 min after bike at 10k pace..yeah..that was a tad bit hard but I nailed it so I was happy with it

    I felt the need for the burn and I felt it. Great workouts-1 hour each. Talk about muscle fatigue...numerous push ups and squats and lunges...and more push ups.
