Happy New Year everyone - I had scaled back my runs due to work being crazy busy, but still hopping on the TM as much as I could. went to St Lucia over Christmas and ran each morning (I have NEVER, EVER ran hills like I ran there, but now it's time to crank things back up. - Training time !!!
