Nice Run Ilona! You'll have to tell me about the dynamic exercise warm-up when we're on the trails. We do dynamic stretches in our NITRO walk to run program. Maybe I can borrow a few ideas for our program this year :-)

I misread your entry and for a second thought "meditation" was "medication" Ha ha ha! Way to toss the stretching and snow shoveling in to make it a good cross training workout!

:) That's funny. While I have lagged behind in ramping up my race training until now, I've been doing really well at sticking to my 2X/day meditation sessions. Does a world of good. Now, I just need to mix in more of the running and I will be really humming!

I like the medication thought. Think I'll grab a bottle of something I'll call medication. :)
