Brave or lost my marbles, Karol! It's almond milk..I haven't been a soy drinker for about a decade (although I love tofu + edamame). Prefer the taste of almond milk by far!

Interesting read in NYTimes blog. Phys Ed: Does Foot Form Explain Running Injuries?: http://t.co/uMrAGY4O

Very interesting article - I say that, but actually I think I found the 100s of responses just as interesting. I went up on to my forefoot - doing a bit of barefoot - about 18 months ago and it has been an enormous help to me. I used to find that I couldn't run for more than a few months without a quite serious injury. Now I just have to put up with niggles (and of course, core calves).

Great run and I like that you stopped and enjoyed nature for a bit. Most of the time we just get so carried away with logging miles and chasing time.

I've had her Detox & Destress DVD for a few years now + it's my absolute fav...but, I finally got her full Chakra set (one DVD for each of the 7) as an anniversary gift. The music and the moves are so beautiful when done by Maya. She is tops in this field, imho.
