Super run this morning. It really truly was the best way to start a Saturday. I am still beaming. Sometimes there are runs I am in love with and this was one of them. Great job Ilona!

Awesome job Ilona. Glad you were able to represent out team on this preview. I was sorry that I couldn't make it. Sounds like you're ready to do it all again next weekend. See you then!

Thanks for sharing! When I switched to forefoot running two years ago, the injuries that plagued me in previous years ceased. I was pretty sure that was the reason. Now, I'm sure of it...

Very interesting article - I say that, but actually I think I found the 100s of responses just as interesting. I went up on to my forefoot - doing a bit of barefoot - about 18 months ago and it has been an enormous help to me. I used to find that I couldn't run for more than a few months without a quite serious injury. Now I just have to put up with niggles (and of course, core calves).

Great run and I like that you stopped and enjoyed nature for a bit. Most of the time we just get so carried away with logging miles and chasing time.

I've had her Detox & Destress DVD for a few years now + it's my absolute fav...but, I finally got her full Chakra set (one DVD for each of the 7) as an anniversary gift. The music and the moves are so beautiful when done by Maya. She is tops in this field, imho.
