good RVC (double loop) 3.03 mi 00:30 09:52 pace
Afternoon run (temp 38F, 66% hum, 8mph winds). Dynamic exercise warm-up beforehand. Loved the sunshine out there today, and the warming temps weren't too bad, either. Splits: 10:07, 9:47, 9:46.

Nice Job:
Nice Run Ilona! You'll have to tell me about the dynamic exercise warm-up when we're on the trails. We do dynamic stretches in our NITRO walk to run program. Maybe I can borrow a few ideas for our program this year :-)

RUN
good Indoor 2.88 mi 00:30 10:25 pace
Late afternoon TM run. Nothing fancy or special, but got it done! Also: meditation, 40 mins (am/pm); stretching, 10 mins; snow shoveling, 10 mins.

:) That's funny. While I have lagged behind in ramping up my race training until now, I've been doing really well at sticking to my 2X/day meditation sessions. Does a world of good. Now, I just need to mix in more of the running and I will be really humming!

The meditation sounds great! Something I should do more of. Once you get a few more runs added in there, you will be burning up those trails!
