    It only took the first 4 miles to warm up, but then I felt great. Did the stairs by the old funi, they killed my time, were nice to break up the run.

      nice! just take the VFF runs super gradually, i think its worth mixing that in.

    Lesson Learned: Sentiero Sciucada is terrifying to run down. Very steep, covered in deep leaves and the remains of winter rock slides. More cyclists than cars on Riva Valbella which was nice :)
