    Aside from my foot hurting today, this was an amazing run for me. Very proud of it. Goal for next month's half marathon is between 8:15 and 8:30

    Great run! Makes me feel pretty excited for Sunday. I even ran the entire Mississippi hill coming back up...I have never run up that hill and not had to walk part of it :-)
