Training has been all over the place recently, mainly due to change of job so woefully behind on training for Marathon of the North on 6th May. 3 weeks of tough training ahead just to ensure I get round. Having said that, this was a relatively effortless run, will steadily build up the miles over the next few days. More updates to follow.....
