Lower Body day - Barbell Squat 3x12 (with a 10lb+), Stiff-leg Deadlift 3x12 (with a 20lb+), Leg extensions 3x12, leg curl 3x12, Calf Extensions 3x12 (with a 40lb+!!), Lying Leg Raises 3x15, Ball Crunches 45.. I think.. I started talking. Great day. But I should have stretched better.. back is a little tight and I'm blaming the hamstrings!
