      Ha, just saw this. What are you running in now? It really depends on what you like... personally I love my Saucony Kinvaras as the ultimate go-to shoe. But have been reallllly loving the Skecher's GOrun series. (I know, Skechers??? But seriously- they are awesome).

      Personally I like the minimal style... Right now I love the Minimus by New Balance a lot! Their trail shoe is just so light and breathable - definitely my fav running shoe so far.

      aaaahhh I think I'd like to try this, but it kinda sounds like what Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis does... killer butt. Problem for me... none of my jeans would fit anymore!!!!
