Hopped on the treadmill to drive the afternoon Saturday lazies away. Felt like stopping at 2.5 miles, pushed through 3 miles and felt great after that. Started from speed setting at 5.4 and progressively built up speed up to 7.0.


That's tough to run up to 7.0mph!!! Great push on this FANTASTIC TM run!!
