    Day two of heart rate range training. Kept my heart between 154-162bpm (though it tended to stay up toward 163. Whoops.)

    Had my VO2Max test done and am now focusing on heart rate range training instead of distance. It's different, for sure... This run was test one for my coach.

    Good, final long run before Abe's Amble next weekend. Felt good throughout and felt like I could have pushed harder. The cool, cloudy weather was nice as well.

      Were you on the Sangamon Valley Trail? I'm pretty sure I saw you, but you were totally in the zone so I didn't want to break your focus with a greeting. :-)
