nice job! don't be afraid of the bike, too. especially the recumbent bikes, since your weight will be behind your knees and not over them.

Great job, Jen! Still felt some soreness in my abs from yoga on Wednesday. That was a great time. The elliptical is a great low impact workout, like Dave said. I even like to move the legs backwards sometimes, using 2 min intervals of backwards/forwards.
