    good 13.03 km 01:06 08:05 pace

Decent while still recovering from a long travel day and a long run on the weekend.

  2. RUN
    good 18.35 km 01:34 08:15 pace

Felt ok - I was a meal for the mosquitoes at the start, and then it started to get hot. But with that, the uneven road, and the temperature, I guess it's decent overall. Still on pace for my 4... read more

great Swamp to Speedway Loop 13k 13.02 km 01:05 08:04 pace

The pre sunrise dip in temperature (nee solar semi-diurnal tide) was quite dramatic this morning. The additions to my critter list include a possible wolf (or freak'n huge coyote) and a specie... read more

  4. RUN
    good 13.05 km 01:06 08:09 pace

Much like Monday, but this time with a better pace (better air), and I was joined by ducks, deer, woodpeckers, and a beaver!

  5. RUN
    alright 12.08 km 01:02 08:18 pace

Before the sun came up, the ditches were full of the croaks, chirps, tweets, and other sounds of "swamp life" along the ditches of 41st Ave SW. On the way back with the sun up, the ditch... read more

Coulee running... Murderous on the pace and tough on the legs, but fun all the same. A small part of me wanted to go for more, but I've got a 6h drive ahead of me.

I want to see what the difference is between the Garmin timing and the phone. The phone includes all the time before and after you stop moving, so it might even be better than this!

From my run out in the country this morning. Chill and rolling hills (and a lack of an important piece of kit) made for a slower pace, but it was fun!

  12. RUN
good Door to Door 11.82 km 01:01 08:19 pace

A little tired this morning, but running in the light with that smell of new soil and green buds in the air, with steam rising off the creek and ponds made for a glorious run. My next few runs will... read more

good Door to Door 11.78 km 01:02 08:24 pace

Crisp morning (-5), light in the sky and birds in the trees. Pace the same as the race on Sunday, so that is not too shabby considering the change of conditions.

  16. RUN
good EPF Half Marathon 20.96 km 01:51 08:30 pace

Nice easy run, poured it on at the end. Pacing out for the full in August, I think I'm on track.

  18. RUN
good Door to Door 11.8 km 01:02 08:26 pace
