      I am liking the results as well. Great job with the two morning workouts! I am going to TRY and do the Insanity in the mornings to free up my afternoons for biking, running, etc.

      I hope you can get that to work out for you Andre. It certainly takes some adjustment to do Insanity and the other workouts you want to get in.

      I prefer to get the intensity workouts done in the morning, but there never seems to be enough time to fit everything in. It would be great if I could convince the University to let me telecommute a few days a week. That would mean 30 extra morning minutes a day for working out!

      They are certainly getting easier to do :) I sort I wish there was a way to have alternate warmup routines though. Sometimes it gets monotonous.

      Exactly why I took that last 4 hours off from work on Monday and Tuesday. Just kills me to be sitting in an office while the sun is shining. In Alaska I think we should get summers off just like the kids!

    I still laugh that they call this a recovery workout. There is still quite a bit of burn, just not as much as the other Insanity workouts.
