Bad foot. No supper for you!

We ran about 2 miles when I felt a twinge in my foot stepping down from a curb. I made it about another 1/2 mile before I just couldn't run on it anymore. I walked back to my truck, went home, and shoved my foot in an ice bucket. Hopefully I will get over this enough to run the half marathon in three weeks.
