    Felt amazing! No knee pain, no hip pain, no ankle pain. Stomach wasn't too happy as I've got a lot of draining, but the run is definitely back on. :)

      Thanks. Was doing great this summer and hit my highest at 10 miles and got a stress fracture for my efforts :P Working towards my first mini in November.
