    Perfecto!

  2. RUN
    good 3.2 mi 00:35 10:56 pace

Ran in Olean with Heather and then showered at the YMCA there before going to the cabin. First time road running since my injury. Went well, but my ears got really cold and gave me a headache.

  3. swim
    good 00:45

Used flippers to strengthen my ankles.

  4. RUN
    great 4 mi 00:42 10:30 pace

I walked for a half a mile and cooled down for a half mile on top of the 4 miles, which I think helped prevent the usual discomfort. I Started at a pretty slow pace and worked my way up to a 9 min... read more

    great 00:40

Mellow. First time I've gone to the pool at night and it was fun. I could definately feel it in my arms.

  6. RUN
    good 3 mi 00:28 09:20 pace

Started to feel a little of that strange pain, but otherwise it went well. Made sure I warmed up properly beforehand. I think this is the fastest I've ran yet.

  7. RUN
    great 4.75 mi 00:50 10:31 pace

Treadmill run. I felt amazing! I can tell that the rest and healing period really made a difference. I didn't feel tired at all!

  8. swim
    good 00:35

:) The best part is when it is over and I feel like I'm floating. Awesome workout!

  9. RUN
    great 3 mi 00:32 10:39 pace

It felt great to get back on my feet! I still have pretty good endurance! Yay!

  10. swim
    good 01:00

My shoulders are a little sore from the swimming. Just a sign of weakness leaving the body, right? I really want to take swim lessons, I think. I have the hardest time with the freestyle and tim... read more

First time swimming in about 3 years. What a great workout. I may start doing this on a regular basis. It's not only great for you, but it's also extremely relaxing. I need to buy ear plugs and... read more

    Boring.

  13. FIT
    good 00:30

Blah. I have to do these low impact workouts until my leg heals. It felt too easy. Not at all challenging. I'm hoping that I can keep my stamina up durning the next couple of weeks.

  14. RUN
    great 5 mi 00:54 10:48 pace

Went very well. Only had a little knee pain, but I worked through it. Beautiful day at the park, as well. This was my first afternoon run and it was nice. There was a nice breeze to cool me off.

  15. RUN
    great 3 mi 00:31 10:20 pace

Treadmill. Easy peasy. Not sure if that is how you spell peasy... Knee pain gone after a couple of minutes and now it feels fine. No fatigue, cramping or pain. Perfect!

  16. RUN
    good 8 mi 01:30 11:15 pace

My Garmin was on low battery, so I had to map out the route and run it without a pacer or timer. I think it actually helped because I wasn't so aware of my pace so much as how I felt. I didn't st... read more

  17. RUN
    injured 3 mi 00:34 11:20 pace

What a difference a day makes! I felt so good yesterday and ran almost twice as long as today. Today a little 3 mile run KILLED me. My knees and front leg muscles hurt like hell. I had to stop ... read more
