I'm one of those people who has to do everything or I don't bother... a friend of mine who knows me well says "Ivey you know the trouble with you .. you're full bore or not at all!" I know it isn't a good character trait to have sometimes. I've been struggling the last couple of weeks with energy levels and motivation despite having no real change in milage or effort. Think this might be due to being incredibly busy and my Ross River Fever that I picked up about a year ago from our little Malaria and other nasties carrying flying friends. I missed a couple of workouts and really didn't feel like any running at all. Still I managed to get out there and felt a whole lot better for it. Back on the raod and back on track! ;0)

Hey Paul, sometimes all you need is a short break to remember how much you enjoy running ... By the way, the last several days have been quite hot and humid I don't remember when was the last time that I wanted to sleep as much in the afternoon; the next days would be great for running though so hopefully the rain will bring back the flavour in your training :-)
