Walk kids to school - 3k. On the way back kept steady fast pace.
This was in place of the 10 minute jumping rope warm up.

10 burpees
10 pushups
20 lunges

1/4mile run

Whew. I don't like burpees, my weak foot doesn't like them. But I did it.
