legs today, which is a blessing because I can barely move my upper body from the previous arm/shoulder workouts.
3rd day in a row, felt awesome! lots of stretching, legs feel a lot more limber than they did.
kinda poky and plodding along, but fun....til there was screaming from the girls and I had to cut it short.
Nothing like having to monitor kids while on a treadmill-way to go! :)

they were doing pretty good then one deleted the pet from another (ps3 game) and then it snowballed. Can't wait for them to go back to school on Monday

Lol!!! My youngest is 18 and all 3 live away from home now so my house is quiet-sometimes too quiet. :) hubby works night shift. But I get lots of reading in. :)

It feels like it shouldn't hurt but then once I start moving it around it hurts. Spent the night rotating ice and hot, I've got a good anti inflammatory cream too

Don't want to sound like a pessimist, but might be a little piece of bone loose in there. Maybe get an x-ray done? :+)

Back on the wagon now that all the schedules are on track. Trying to figure out a good time for a workout.
Only problem with this run was my foot, since my accident the toe joint has been swelling and not feeling 100%.

Hi Christine! Just read about your venture into motorcycling. I would need to be heavily sedated before anyone could get me on one of those things! Glad to see you back at running! :+)

Thanks rina!! I'm trying! Husband got me on the back of the bike earlier this summer. Scary but fun. I think I make a better passenger though. I crashed in training and ended up with foot pinned under bike, severe bruising of the big toe joint. It's been 5-6 weeks but it still causes me grief.

Which led to a 30 bounce. Whee! No wonder my gymnast is tired after her class.

Walk kids to school - 3k. On the way back kept steady fast pace.
This was in place of the 10 minute jumping rope warm up.
10 burpees
10 pushups
20 lunges
1/4mile run
