Joined the Team Ortho and MDRA runners for a Minneapolis Half and Marathon training run this morning. Felt pretty good..knees and ankle slightly sore now. Didn't run at all last week since the Bock Run but that all changes this week, I'm officially starting my half training plan!


That's awesome, Hyedi. I've been thinking about trying to make one of those training sessions... I just have trouble with the 8 am start on Saturday. Glad it was a good run for you.
