I'm blaming this short distance on my lack of energy today. I'm blaming that lack of energy on the fact that I forgot to eat lunch! I couldn't figure out why I felt so blah and a little light headed. Then I remembered that when I moved things around to fit some last minute things in today, lunch never happened :(


You know, so many people in my office felt blah today that I think there was something in the air! Good job getting a workout in anyway. Every mile counts!

I agree - lots of stuff going around. Good that you were still able to get in 2 miles. Hope tomorrow is better and more energetic!

well it definitely wasn't ideal and I felt pretty awful. Plus being hungry makes me crabby, and that's never good :)
