Sore left shin to start but stopped to stretch a few times and felt great by the end!

Bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, chest press on a stability ball, some planks, crunches and lot of stretching. Felt great.

Climb for a Cure at the IDS Tower was a lot harder than I expected at first, but went really well. All of the training on the stepmill at the gym really paid off!
