    Point Bock 5 mi run...felt great, sprinted to the finish. This is the time according to my Garmin (which is still unnamed) ill be interested in checking my chip time later! Now, free Point beer!

      David-thanks! I was holding myself back, wasn't sure how I was going to do. Haven't been running much lately, but today was a definite confidence booster!

  5. Long walk, full of puddles 00:45

    We are dog sitting this week, so I took advantage of the nice day to take Lester the Labradoodle on a nice, long walk down to the river parkway a ways.

    Hamstrings were a little tight from getting back into yoga and running this week, but felt good once they were warmed up. Great class!
