    it was nice and cold just like I like it. Feels so good to get outside wo kids and run. Came up on a nasty accident that had the street closed so that slowed me a bit. Hope the people were ok

    The shins started to kill after just a few minutes so switched it up to a walk. Going to rest up a bit so I can start preparing for Bolder Boulder

    First 3 miles were great and my best 5k yet then mile 4 was rough. Still good overall.

    great Platte River Half Marathon 13.1 mi 02:57 13:30 pace

    Went great for first 1/2 Marathon. At about mile 7 I just couldn't stop smiling to myself. It was difficult and by no means was it completed fast. But I did it and felt great!
