I tried to get 5 x 800 in with Luke tagging along, but he was done by 2. But at least I figured out how to do intervals on my garmin (which I've had for 3 years).


I'm going to have to try this. I'm not sure I know what an interval is, but maybe my new Garmin will do it too. Great job!
