X-fit Week 54

I pick things up and put them down. Warm-up: 3 sets of high knees and jumping jacks! Then 3 sets, 30 sec. each: plank tapping the ball, reverse sit-ups, push-ups, butt tap against the wall holding 15 lb. sand ball, rows with band while kneeling on the floor, mountain climbers & squats while slamming the 15 lb. sand ball down...finished up with some frog stretches.
